Paweł Zagajewski, attorney at law

He studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration and in the Institute of International Relations at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Sciences at Warsaw University. During studies he participated in the scholarship programme at the Faculty of Law at Georg-August-Universität in Göttingen in Germany, where he studied German and American law. He completed legal counsel training at the Warsaw Bar Association [Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych] in Warsaw. Prior to practicing law at his office, he cooperated with reputable law firms in Warsaw.

He conducted a great deal of high-profile legal proceedings, including those before the Supreme Court. He specializes in civil and commercial law in their broad sense and in civil litigation, including, but not limited to defamation and privacy protection. He participated in numerous corporate disputes, legal due diligence of companies and enterprises and handled commercialization processes for recognized trade centers. He has broad negotiation-holding experience. He is fluent in English.

Adam Skowron, attorney at law

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. He also studied European and British law within scholarship programme at Southampton Solent University in Great Britain. He completed his attorney training at the Wielkopolska Attorneys’ Chamber [Wielkopolska Izba Adwokacka]. He acquired his professional experience while working for first-class law firms in Warsaw and Poznań.

He has broad experience serving legal advice for business entities. At professional work, he participated in a large number of legal due diligence processes for companies, enterprises and real estate as well as handled transformation of companies and enterprises. Furthermore, he was involved in the commercialization processes of numerous large size trade centers. He also specializes in legal counsel with regard to legal aspects of relations between company shareholders and a company. His experience covers a broad range of competition law (antitrust law, combating of the unfair competition). He is fluent in English.
